Eouipment Technical Specifications
◆ All materials are programmed, fully PLC controlled, high measurement accuracy.
◆ The system is equipped with a temperature sensor and temperature display and controls the glue temperature to ensure that the starch molecules are more soluble in water, while avoiding the quality of the glue is greatly affected by changes in ambient temperature.
◆ The equipment has an automatic cleaning program, each time after the delivery of glue, automatic cleaning inside.
◆ The cutting and mixing time is set by PLC control program.
◆ The glue is automatically sent to the glue warehouse by pneumatic diaphragm and controlled by PLC.
Design Feature
★Provide starch adhesive for single side corrugated machine, double coating machine and other glue equipment.
★Horizontal rubber machine can be prepared at the same time the main glue and carrier glue, and mixed mixing, large amount of glue.
★The storage barrel glue is transported by the rubber pump to the storage barrel of each rubber equipment to provide glue liquid for the equipment.
★Storage barrel, rubber barrel with its own mixing device, to avoid glue solution precipitation caking.
★The device consists of carrier tank, main tank, storage tank, rubber pump and rubber pump.
★The glue making system adopts circulating glue supply, the remaining glue flows into the return glue square barrel, the liquid level float ball is automatically controlled, the glue liquid in the return glue square barrel is put back into the storage barrel of the glue equipment, the circulation glue is supplied, the glue liquid is saved, and the glue liquid is gelatinized and precipitated in the rubber plate.
★After the work is finished, the remaining glue of each rubber equipment is pumped back into the storage barrel of the rubber room for the next use.
★Responsible for technical guidance, teaching adhesive preparation process.

Delivery time largely depends on the machine type, for some small machine like manual stitching machine, manual banding machine etc, usually we have stock available. But for the large machines like carton printing die cutting machine, automatic stitching machine etc, it usually takes around 35-50 days to produce.
