Down folding and gluing machine
◆ This machine is a fully automatic computer type. The whole machine is automatically adjusted by setting and positioning. Just enter the length and width of the paper into the human-machine interface, and the machine will automatically correct it in place.
◆ Change the previous front and rear paper positioning methods, calculate servo compensation through computers, and track it in time to ensure fitting accuracy.
◆ Computer automatically calculates and tracks. When replacing the board, fix the distance between the front and rear plates to make full use of the machine space and reach 2-3 times the speed of the ordinary laminator.
◆ Omitting cumbersome manual adjustments greatly saves adjustment time.
◆ Electrical eye detection for front and rear of paper, automatic correction of servo motor.
◆ The whole machine adopts imported synchronous belt transmission and is silently designed.
◆ Use automatic glue replenishment module to prevent glue loss or shortage.
◆ The base paper is driven by servo motor, suction belt transmission, and pneumatic pressure school. No matter how much the product paper is bent, the production is still perfect.

Delivery time largely depends on the machine type, for some small machine like manual stitching machine, manual banding machine etc, usually we have stock available. But for the large machines like carton printing die cutting machine, automatic stitching machine etc, it usually takes around 35-50 days to produce.
