Single Facer Machine
The Corrugated Cardboard Single Facer Machine is equipped with a special pulley crane for roller maintenance, which is convenient and fast to use in the maintenance of the roller. Equipped with pulley crane external guide rail to extend the stroke and make the maintenance part off-line.

Structural characteristics:
★ adopts the cover suction structure, with high pressure strong fan. The gas source and electrical control are concentrated in the same operating cabinet, and the operating side is completely closed.
★ quality resin sand casting, wall board thickness 180 mm. Adopt independent gearbox, universal joint transmission structure.
★ installed on the transport flyover hoisting car, when necessary, the use of the car remove the tile roll assembly and pressure roll, convenient and fast.

★ active force is driven by frequency conversion motor, energy saving and high efficiency, low failure rate
★ Electric adjustment of coating width to adapt to the change of base paper width.
★ amount of glue is adjusted by electric, touch screen display and operation, through encoder transmission of glue clearance, high accuracy.
