Eouipment Technical Specifications
◆ The surface of the heating plate is ground and plated with hard chromium, the width is 600mm, there are 18 pieces, and the cooling length is 4m.
◆ The heating plate adopts full contact plate structure and pneumatic structure.
◆ The heat conduction pipe of the heating plate is divided into several sections to control the temperature, and the temperature display is provided.
◆ The inside of the heating plate is a partition isolating structure, which makes the steam flow in an S-shape, and the steam and water separation function is obvious, which improves the steam utilization rate.
◆ The upper conveyor belt adopts automatic adjustment on both sides, and the lower belt adopts S-shaped manual correction tensioning mechanism.
◆ Double-cylinder S-type cotton belt tensioning device is adopted for cotton weaving belt. Lower belt tensioning system manual (fine tuning).
◆ The surface of the driving roller is coated with wear-resistant adhesive and has a medium height to ensure the smooth output of the cardboard.
Design Feature
★The surface of the heating plate is ground, the hot plate width is 600mm, a total of 18 heating plates. The heating board is made of container board, which meets the national standard of first class I pressure vessel, with pressure vessel certificate and inspection certificate.
★ The hot plate adopts the whole touch press plate design structure. The pressure hot shoes lifting adopts pneumatic spring type structure, a total of 8 pieces.
★ The heat distribution of the heating plate is divided into seven sections with temperature display.
★ The upper cotton belt adopts the double-cylinder S-type cotton ribbon tensioning device.
★ The lower belt adopts S-shaped manual correction tensioning mechanism, the structure is simple and practical, and the lower belt adopts manual fine tuning set.
★ The surface of the drive roller is coated with wear-resistant rubber, with a human type structure, and with medium height, to ensure the smooth output of cardboard.
★ The main drive motor is a frequency conversion motor, with large low speed torque, wide range of speed regulation, reliable use and simple maintenance.
★ The hot plate inside for the partition isolation structure, so that the steam is S-shaped flow direction, steam, water separation function is obvious, improve the utilization rate of steam.

Delivery time largely depends on the machine type, for some small machine like manual stitching machine, manual banding machine etc, usually we have stock available. But for the large machines like carton printing die cutting machine, automatic stitching machine etc, it usually takes around 35-50 days to produce.
