Design Feature
★Can store 200 groups of orders, change paper cutting specifications quickly and accurately, do not stop to change orders, and can achieve computer networking, convenient production management.
★The cutter shaft transmission gear adopts high frequency quenching of precision forging steel material to realize no clearance transmission, adopts advanced keyless connection mode, and has high transmission precision.
★The blade of the cross cutting machine adopts the structure of the front front steel spiral knife, the sawtooth knife type. Scissors shear, small shear force, long blade life.
★The front and back paper feeding wheel adopts the sun wheel pressing method, the transportation is stable, the pressure is uniform, it is not easy to crush the plate or cause blockage.
★Because of the low energy consumption in the production process, the average power consumption is 1/3 of the ordinary NC cutting machine, saving more than 70% of the electricity, nd achieving the goal of saving money.
★Precision adjustable non-gap gear to ensure accurate meshing of knife edge and balance of operation.
★Use independent oil pump and filter with two groups of copper pipes distributed in each gear position oil supply, lubrication and cooling.

Delivery time largely depends on the machine type, for some small machine like manual stitching machine, manual banding machine etc, usually we have stock available. But for the large machines like carton printing die cutting machine, automatic stitching machine etc, it usually takes around 35-50 days to produce.
